Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team who manage day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate having Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, GST and TDS. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Record day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial records. GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) Preparation and Reporting of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ETC.). Ensure proper reconciliation of input tax credit (ITC). TDS Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) Deducting TDS on payments to vendors, contractors, and employees as per the applicable rates. Preparing TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) within due dates. Handling TDS reconciliations, assessments, and ensuring payments are made on time. Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements. Audit Preparation: Coordinate and assist in internal and external audits, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and in compliance with accounting standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred. Experience: 2+ years in as an accounting role. Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian accounting principles, GST, and tax laws. Proficient in accounting software Tally prime and MS Excel. Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. In-depth understanding of inventory management.
